Biz with AI (a service of CPC Innovations, "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, where it's stored, who it's shared with, and how you can access or request deletion of it.

What we collect

We only collect what a given form or tool actually asks for — never anything extra "just in case". Depending on which part of the site you use, this may include:

• AI readiness check: your name, business name, business details, email, and optionally your mobile number.
• Signal course tools (Job Sort, Checking Rules, AI Policy Generator): your job list, business details and policy text stay in your own browser's local storage and are never sent to us unless you explicitly submit a capture form to download an export.
• Contact: whatever you choose to include in an email to us.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to generate the AI opportunity report you've asked for, and to follow up about our services. We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with third parties except the service providers who help us operate (see below).

Where it's stored

Data submitted through our forms is stored using Vercel (hosting and serverless functions) and Upstash (database), with email sent via Resend. All three are reputable providers used under their own security and privacy terms. We do not store payment or banking details anywhere on this site.

Consent

Where a form includes a consent checkbox, it is never pre-ticked, and we store the exact wording you agreed to alongside your submission — not just a yes/no flag. You can withdraw consent at any time (see below).

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that's wrong
• Delete your information entirely
• Stop receiving emails from us (every email includes an unsubscribe option, honoured within 5 working days)

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies (for example, to remember that you've already completed the AI readiness check) — no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
