Most AI advice aimed at small business is written for enterprises and translated down badly, or it's written by people who've never run a business themselves. Biz with AI exists because Australian small business owners deserve something built for the way they actually work — one job at a time, on a phone, between other things.

The method we teach — pick the job, brief the offsider, check the work, own the outcome — isn't theory. It's how we run Biz with AI itself. Every course, every template, every checking rule started as something we needed to solve for our own work first.

What we do

One operating model, six services: educate your team in plain English, set up the tools properly, connect them to AI accounts you own and control, and — if you want it — manage it on an ongoing basis. Claude & AI Training is the hero service; the other five (general AI training, website development, virtual assistant, marketing, social media) all run on the same method.
